We've introduced this service in response to an issue we see often where clients are approaching builders with council-approved plans and an unwavering vision for their dream home. The plans are then sent out for tender, only to realise that their project is far beyond their budget. It's a common tale, and it happens because those plans often focus solely on design without considering the nitty-gritty of the building process. That's where we come in.
We're all about being proactive so we have begun offering our expertise at the early stages of the building process. We'll help you nail down accurate estimates before those plans are sent to council. Ultimately, this will save you months of revisions and back-and-forth correspondence between architects, consultants and builders.
What Next?
Please ensure you have all current project documentation ready prior to booking a consultation.
Step 1 - Send through your project documentation
Step 2 - We will arrange an initial phone call to discuss your project
Step 3 - You will receive a project specific quote
Step 4 - On acceptance of the quote, you will be required to make payment prior to the commencement of our PAC services.
Step 5 - You will receive our Project Feasibility Assessment and an accurate High Range Cost Estimate within 14 days.
From there, we are available to continue our PAC services and advise you on how to meet your budget and the changes you can make to do so.
These services are charged on an hourly rate as discussed in our quote.
